[post_content] => Practical advice on marketing your homeopathy practice as a business is now available on the Society of Homeopaths' e-learning platform.

The bespoke short course - Building Your Practice: marketing and communications - has been designed specifically for homeopathy practitioners by Mani Norland, RSHom, and is only available to members.

From business planning, the patient journey and patient perception to marketing and communications, it offers a series of materials and tasks to help you get to grips with the basics of promoting your business.

Mani Norland has been a practising homeopath for many years and has a wealth of experience in marketing, branding and business consultancy.

This course is the fifth published by the Society since the launch of its e-learning platform for members earlier this year and is the first one to feature audio. Materials can also be downloaded as a PDF.

Other modules cover GDPR, safeguarding, an introduction to Facebook and completing your tax return.

Pamela Stevens, the Society's Marketing Manager, said that the e-learning courses offered members the opportunity to learn at their own pace and at a time convenient for them and had attracted a lot of interest from members so far.

"We expect many people to take up the opportunity in this new module to learn about marketing as it is such a vital component of a business, yet people may be unsure about how to do it effectively as a homeopath.

“The materials that Mani has created for us are very easy to follow and will give people a chance to build their knowledge gradually as well as dip into elements that they feel they need to know more about in particular."

The new course can be found in the members' area of the website under Support/My Practice/eLearning
