[post_content] => At the Society AGM held last month, Fellowships were awarded to three members of the community for their long serving support of homeopathy and the profession.

Society registered member Sue Craven received a Fellowship in recognition of her dedication to adapting homeopathy to work effectively with those living in very challenging circumstances, successfully engaging a difficult to reach client group unlikely to have access to homeopathy. Sue has worked in this field for over twenty years and in her work with homeopathy students has also provided a valuable source of learning.

Christine Lees and Sato Liu were awarded Honorary Fellowships for their work in the wider community.

Christine established Homoeopathy at Wellie Level (HAWL) over 20 years ago. HAWL is a not for profit organisation that teaches farmers and smallholders the responsible use of homeopathy on their farms. Christine works as a volunteer and has taught over 650 farmers in that time.  The feedback from the farmers has been outstanding, with them reporting reduced vet bills, reduced antibiotic use and generally healthier animals which are less susceptible to disease in the first instance.

Sato has been involved with homeopathy for over 40 years, sitting on and chairing many committees, supporting patients and the profession.

Sato has worked for the National Medicine Society, the Princes Foundation for Integrated Health, the Friends of the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital and represented the patient voice on the Parliamentary Group for Alternative and Complementary Medicine.  She represented the Friends for many years at the 4Homeopathy meetings until January 2023.  Sato has also been involved with the European Federation of Homeopathic Patients’ Association (EFHPA) and represented EFPHA on the Council of the European Committee for Homeopathy (ECH).
