Homeopathy students graduating this summer are being urged to consider joining the Society of Homeopaths register.

Established over 40 years ago, the Society has membership routes for everyone, from students laying the foundations for their careers to established practitioners looking to breathe new life into their practices. To help get graduates started in practice a free one day online event will be taking place in the autumn providing practice building support.

Society Marketing Lead Pamela Stevens said "As newly qualified homeopaths need time to establish their practices, we are here to help. Not only do we offer advice and support, we also offer scaled fees in the first few years of practice. Fees also include insurance (if based in the UK) so there are no hidden extras to pay.”

Joining is a simple ‘next-step’ process for students who have completed one of the Society’s accredited courses while progression to registration is automatic for student members.

Practitioners who trained on a course not accredited by the Society in the UK or overseas can also join if they can present additional evidence that the Society’s standards have been met.

Joining by the Independent Route is faster, competitively priced and less bureaucratic. Experienced and well qualified applicants are now able to demonstrate their eligibility in a more straightforward way.

Graduates who are interested in joining can find out how straightforward registration can be by watching the videos here
