[post_content] => Popular presenter Bill Rumble returns to speak at the Society's annual conference in 2020 when his subject will be understanding men’s health by what he terms ‘initiation’.
This technique eschews asking male patients how they feel as this often generates a misleading response. Instead, Bill suggests asking the patient ‘what happened?’
“This allows a narrative to unfold which is animated by powerful experiences and enlivened by physical sensations and visualisations,” he says.
Initiation, he adds, could be intense and life-changing – “similar to an earthquake or a flood” – or, alternatively, a small tremor that has rattled the patient.
Bill, a homeopath based in south Wales and the founder of the Welsh School of Homeopathy, will then explore the concept of resonance – symptoms that come from an unknown part of ourselves.
The theme of the conference in London in April is All About Men and it will aim to provide a better understanding of men’s lives and illnesses for practitioners to help them seek homeopathic treatments with confidence. For details click here
