Society Conference 2025 - THE WISDOM OF THE CRONES
Mining the self at midlife
For many women, midlife is a threshold that exacts no less than our full attention.
with Dr Vanessa Black
The myriad ways our psyches and souls intreat us during this powerful transition are as unique as each individual. At the same time, the conscious embodiment of a Crone is something that is as old as time and shrouded in mystery, power, and sometimes stigma.
This workshop aims to inspire practitioners to interweave the perspectives of depth psychology, somatics, and homeopathy in collaborating with clients.
‘Mining the self’ at midlife explores depth psychological and somatic processes in order to provide tools that help to make meaning of this liberating and potent threshold.
