Writing for New Homeopath

Writing for the Society’s journal is open to all, you do not need to be a member of the Society. Here’s information about the publication and what we are looking for.

If you are interested in writing an article for New Homeopath, we are here to help guide you. I’s helpful to discuss your idea before you start, whether news-related or features, with the editor.

In the process, we will encourage you to develop your ideas and assist you in producing a good quality piece of writing. If you are a fluent writer, you will probably not need a lot of input from us. If you are a less confident writer but have something great to say, just write it as it occurs to you and we can help you to develop it. We look forward to receiving your contribution.

• Creative pieces: the art of homeopathy
• Interviews
• Letters to the editors
• New insights into materia medica
• New provings
• Opinion pieces
• Philosophy: art and science
• Politics and campaigning
• Practice issues and experience
• Professional development
• Research
• Stories primarily told with images: photographs and illustrations

Articles are selected for publication by the editor in conjunction with the editorial panel. Once your article has been reviewed, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please allow up to six weeks for a final decision. The editor will work with you. We may call you to discuss ways of developing the content of your article. We may also suggest modifications to, or a rewrite of, your text. This is a collaborative process.
