Only one week to go to the Society’s mental health workshop ‘All in the Mind.’
In the ever changing post pandemic world, the effect of the global economy and the restructuring of the working environment has resulted in more and more people working from home.
All of these changes are in some cases a recipe for the build up of mental health issues caused by isolation and loneliness resulting in medical services being oversubscribed and patients not receiving the support they need. With teenage suicide on the increase partly due to pressure from social media the cause and effect has amplified.
This November the Society of Homeopath’s winter workshop ‘All in the Mind,’ will focus on mental health and help practitioners feel more comfortable treating some of the more complex issues that arise.
Michael Bird, Elizabeth Adalian and Gabby Arthur will explore PTSD, a better understanding of delusional states and the meanings of the rubrics necessary to help identify the similimum more easily.
‘All in the Mind’ is taking place online on Saturday 30th November 10.00-16.30.
Special ticket price for Society registered members and Society Student members. Members of other registering bodies very welcome.
