[post_content] => At the Society AGM held last month, a Fellowship was awarded to registered member Sue Craven.

Sue received a Fellowship in recognition of her dedication to adapting homeopathy to work effectively with those living in very challenging circumstances and unlikely to have access to homeopathy.

Since qualifying Sue has worked with homeless people for up to 4 days a week for over 20 years.  Before qualifying as a homeopath she worked on the frontline in the homeless sector for a large London voluntary sector day centre for homeless and vulnerable people, helping over 200 people every day to access diverse services, including primary services, housing and welfare advice, health services and employment and training services.

One of Sue’s skills is adapting homeopathy to work effectively with those living in very challenging circumstances and successfully engaging a difficult to reach client group unlikely to have access to homeopathy ever.

Under the auspices of a mainstream organisation during the pandemic, Sue carried out outreach work and was able to provide homeopathy in the hotels where the government housed the homeless population.

Sue has had many students sit in with her over the years and provided a valuable source of learning. She loves to pass her skills on to the next generation of homeopaths, inspiring them to take homeopathy into the community in innovative ways as she has done.
