Today’s children are surrounded by technology from the moment they can hold a device. As a result, many have lost touch with real-world connection, nature, and genuine play. By the time they reach their teens, they’ve spent nearly a decade immersed in screens. This lifestyle often becomes an escape from emotional challenges, shaping habits and identities that are hard to break.
When teenagers attend a homeopathy appointment, the problem often doesn’t start with them. Adolescence is already a turbulent period of identity and self-discovery. The digital age only adds pressure, making it harder for teens to communicate and connect.
In this year’s Society winter workshop we will focus on working with teens in a digital age by rekindling communication.
Cori Anderberg, Dr Michaela Glöckler, Lou Harvey-Zahra and Christian Taylor RSHom will be joining us live online to discuss how the challenge of the digital age is affecting our teens and look at practical ways to reconnect, rebuild communication and explore supportive homeopathic approaches that can help both young people and their parents.
‘Teens in a digital age – rekindling communication’ is taking place online on Saturday 29th November from 9.30am -16.30.
