The Society aspires to create a welcoming home for all professional homeopaths and strives to provide the best possible support for its members to help them develop their practices.
Following a recent period of considerable transformation, the Society has reorganised and repositioned itself as the leading organisation representing the profession in the UK and globally. With renewed energy and resources to support homeopaths and to help shape their future, we are now seeking to add two elected homeopaths to the Society Board in spring 2025. We are looking for someone:
- With the enthusiasm to work with the existing Board and to engage with ongoing projects to embed the outcomes of our programme of transformation.
- Who is comfortable with change, willing to adopt new practices and is open to new ways of thinking.
- Who has an understanding of how organisations work, their governance and their
finances - With the ability to work, represent and further the good of the Society, to scrutinise and
be confident in decision-making. - And possibly with previous committee/board/trustee experience in this or other sectors.
You may be in early practice, mid-career or be further advanced in the profession but if you can see your skills reflected in the above, to whatever extent and whether gained through homeopathy or other experiences, and you would like to contribute to the Society’s ongoing development, the Board would like to hear from you. There will be an opportunity to find out more and ask questions before nominations are submitted. Our aim is to create a strong community of professionals in homeopathy.
