We often first experience supervision at college for guidance and help while working on our clinical portfolio.
As we step into practice and then, many years later might need it even more to reflect on our practice, life, dealing with tricky situations, challenging cases, how we sustain ourselves in our work, support our personal reflection as professional homeopath.
What can we take to supervision ? How do we find the right person and peer group to support us in a confidential space?
