About Clare

Clare Gregory is a passionate and experienced homeopath based in Southampton, and the founder of SWIFT, the 24-hour online homeopathy clinic offering support for acutes and minor health concerns. Clare graduated from the Centre for Homeopathic Education (CHE) with an Honours degree in Homeopathy and created SWIFT not only to make homeopathy more accessible to the public, but also to support fellow homeopaths with Out of Office cover and ongoing professional connection.

As a qualified supervisor, Clare is deeply committed to helping homeopaths build sustainable, fulfilling practices. She believes that mindset is key—positivity, resilience, and self-awareness allow us to show up as the best version of ourselves, both for our clients and for our own growth. Through mentoring, supervision, and teaching, Clare supports practitioners in developing the confidence and clarity they need to thrive.
