Qualm to Calm
With Joanna Shipley Registered member and Wayfinder Master Life Coach.
As we go through our practice many things can knock us off balance. From anxiety and overwhelm to being flat-out busy or even nearing burnout can keep our minds spinning or procrastination full centre.
Whether it’s the news, wanting to find the ‘right’ prescription, patient demands, a pile of cases to analyse (or just ‘life’) Joanna will share some techniques to help you reduce those stressful, cortisol generating and exhausting thoughts that get in the way of creative solution finding, peace and ease in your practice.
About Joanna
As a Wayfinder Master Life Coach, Joanna helps homeopaths create a practice that delights them by doing the ‘inside-out’ work that creates the capacity for you to attract the right number of (lovely!) clients for you, to earn more and to have more harmony and peace in your practice and life.
She works 1:1 and in groups, including a 6 month business and coaching ‘Create Your Soul Filled Practice’ 1:1 programme & group programmes via Zoom. She also offers 1:1 and group workshops ‘Equus Coaching’ you as a client, with a horse as your partner all done on the ground, as a way to access the wild wisdom of nature. You emerge with a clear and direct insight into what it is you really yearn for and figure out your next steps with ease.
With a wiggly career like many homeopaths, Joanna has worked as PR & Marketing Managers in the NHS and Private health sector, has been an Army Officer then an RSHom for 20 years and a lecturer (under and post graduate), tutor and supervisor in different homeopathy colleges.
She has also trained as an NCT antenatal teacher and also taught shamanic practices for 25 years. Now, Joanna uses and teaches Wayfinder Life Coaching techniques because (like homeopathy) they address the whole person. When we are aligned this way, our choices for our practice, ideal clients, marketing, pricing and prescribing become simple. No matter where you are in your homeopathy career, overwhelm, confusion, being too busy/not busy enough and underearning fall away.
