[post_content] => Congratulations to Society Chair of the Board Selina Hatherley RSHom on her appointment as a Trustee of the charity Homeopathy UK.

Selina qualified as a homeopath in 2004 and practises at two clinics based in Oxfordshire. Selina also helped set up the low cost London community clinic SidebySide.  SidebySide was established in response to the tragic fire at Grenfell tower in 2017. She has also worked with people with drug and alcohol problems.

On her appointment Selina enthused “I believe that homeopathy should be part of an integrated, collaborative health system which gives people choice about their healthcare, just as it is in many other countries in the world. Homeopathy UK is doing a great job in helping to make homeopathy accessible for all through its network of free and low cost clinics and I wanted to get more involved in this – and other aspects – of their work.”

Homeopathy UK Chair Margaret Wyllie reported “I would like to see even more cooperation with other homeopathic and CAM related groups, both across the country and in the EU – where homeopathy faces similar challenges to those in the UK."
