[post_content] => An examination of Row 4 of the homeopathic periodic table launches a series of professional development events exploring key remedies for practising homeopaths this autumn.

Jonathan Hardy, a practising homeopath for 30 years and a Fellow of the Faculty of Homeopathy, leads this opening seminar at the Resource for London on October 5.

“I like any remedies that are going to be of practical use,” says Jonathan.

“The issues of the Row are ones which most people will face at some time in their lives. The main theme is security in relation to one’s home, family, job, income, reputation and so on. This is something we all worry about to some degree.”

Row 4 people could be considered as ‘pillars of the community’, he adds.

“They are the people who keep the basic structure of a functioning society together. They mostly tend to be very decent and moral people, so they are nice patients to treat. I think Row 4 remedies are not always well understood in the homeopathic community and, in a way, it is because the issues that Row 4 people have are so normal that they can easily be overlooked.”

Jonathan says there’s more to choosing homeopathy than the simple desire to treat people with natural remedies.

“I think for some of us it can be almost an irresistible pull. Homeopathy is essentially spiritual medicine - it acts on the subtle forces in our organism and on our consciousness. People choose homeopathy because it is nurturing at a deep level both for the patient and for the practitioner.”
