A short presentation by Selina Hatherley, Lucinda Torabi and Dr Alex Tournier with an opportunity to ask questions and share information with colleagues.
Selina, Lucinda and Alex will be discussing how we can use the patients’ voice to promote our practice and our profession, obtaining and using testimonials and patient feedback effectively, encouraging our patients to record their own symptoms and progress, collecting patient data and cases and how this can help us as practitioners. We look forward to hearing your ideas and thoughts on this valuable asset
