It has been organised by 4Homeopathy, the advocacy body for organisations and charities which campaigns on key issues including legislative change and policy development.
The day, which will include tutorials on using social media and answering critics, takes place at the CAN Mezzanine, 49-51 East Road, London N1 6AH. Registration is from 9.30am for a 10am start and the £20 fee is payable on the day.
