Francis Treuherz FSHom

Francis became a successful patient in the mid 1970s, when he began to read books on homeopathy. He has accumulated a library of 11,000 volumes and a museum collection of artefacts from the history of homeopathy. 

He studied at the College of Homeopathy in London, and also with George Vithoulkas in Greece, Subrata Banerjea and Dr SP Dey in Calcutta and many others. He left his career in public administration and university teaching when he started his practice in 1984, and has been seeing patients and writing papers and books ever since. He has spoken at many conferences and taught at homeopathy schools in Amsterdam, Chichester, Galway, Helsinki, London, Manchester, Prague, San José, San Francisco, Seattle, Stockholm, Westminster … . He sees patients at his home in Cricklewood, London, and in Letchworth, Herts. 

 

He worked in the NHS for 13 years, about which the Society published a practice audit report; copies are available from Francis. He has worked on the Homeopathic Helpline telephone service since 1996. He has been a charity trustee of the Homeopathy Action Trust and the British Homeopathic Association. He has edited the Society’s journal for 10 years and has previously served as a Board member.

Maggie qualified as a Homeopath in 1999 and set up her practice  in the same year. She has been in practice since that time and now owns a clinic in Bath, which provides a multi discipline team of natural health practitioners.

Richard is an economics graduate and an experienced senior marketer. He has worked for over 35 years in a variety of organisations, is currently a freelance management consultant and serves on the boards of not for profit organisations.

Sue Crump FSHom

Sue registered with the Society of Homeopaths after qualifying from the College of Homeopathy in 1986. She has been in practice in West Norfolk ever since, seeing people of all ages and with a wide range of conditions.

Linda Wicks qualified as a homeopath in 1986 and has been in part-time practice in Cornwall since then. Also qualified in Education, she has over 20 years' teaching experience in a variety of settings.

Hilary Fairclough RSHom

Hilary qualified as a homeopath in 1995 and has since run a thriving homeopathic practice in London, Cornwall and Brighton. Hilary gained a degree in Sociology from Sheffield University and  was then a nurse for 10 years before training to be a homeopath. She worked as a District Nurse, a Palliative Care Specialist and as a Lecturer in Community Nursing.
